You're almost there, don't let yourself get overwhelmed now.

As the season starts coming to an end, athletes get rushed with a mixture of emotions; excitement that summer break is right around the corner, the stress of the biggest meets of the year coming up, and the realization that this is the last time seniors will ever compete in their sport.

There are several factors that impact your emotions during the last weeks of track as an athlete, even if you’re unaware of it. With that being said, it’s very important that you don’t fall off your athletic plan you’ve built throughout the season because of it.

The end of the season requires an athlete to be ready to deliver their peak performances. In order to do that, it’s imperative that athlete’s remained dialed on their nutrition, recovery, and mindset strategies.
