First and foremost, thank you for taking the time to come visit this website. I appreciate it and I hope it helps your athletic career.

Now onto the main stuff: What’s the purpose of Sprint Free Or Die?

Answer: Sprint Free or Die was created to give young athletes the tools they require to become a knowledgeable self sufficient track stars who’s able to reach their goals by their own accords.

Why?

  • So that the power of training goes into the athletes hands rather from another source. Coaches, clubs, and teams are 100% a great resource into reaching your athletic goals. However, you should not be completely dependent on them. As a dedicated athlete, you need to be able to fill in the gaps your team or coach cannot do for you.

How do I know this is for me?

  • Do you enjoy doing track? Do you want to go further than just high school for your career? Are you looking for opportunities to strengthen your track knowledge/skills? If the answer is yes to those questions, then you’ve come to the right place.

“This sounds great to me; so what is this site going to deliver to help me achieve these goals?”
