Nutrion Section Intro

Haven't really thought hard about your diet? Well that's about to change :)

A proper nutrition plan is the fuel for your athletic performances (both figuratively and literally lol).

You’ll never be able to hit your true physical fitness peak without the right nutrients in your system. It’s crucial to get in the habit of paying attention to the foods you consume as an athlete as early as possible to ensure you’re in the best shape you can be in.

Plus, those habits will stay with you after your sports career has ended and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with maintaining a healthy eating style as an adult :)

Now, does this mean you have to be on an absolute dialed in diet where if you miss even a gram of protein the entire day is ruined ? Of course not. You're young, we both know the Doritos won’t be put down lol.

The key is regulation and moderation.

We’ll go over some methods of incorporating a healthier diet in your daily life, some nutrients you should be aiming to included in your daily food consumption, and some of meals/snacks i’ve made that helped me out as an athlete.
