Recovery Section Intro

Who doesn't want to learn how to feel better after your hard workouts ? I know right, I couldn't think of anyone either.

Recovery is one of the most unique aspects of being an athlete. It’s one of (if not THE) most important parts of your workouts yet they’re very rarely utilized properly.

I don’t blame any athlete for that though.

Be honest, we’ve all finished a terrible workout and the thought of doing some stretches while your stomach is fighting an unbelievable battle with your lunch from earlier doesn’t sound too appealing lol.

However, it’s exactly those days where you need to suck it up and manage through those stretches. It might not be the most comfortable thing in the world but it sure as heck beats waking up with terrible shin splints or a tight hamstring the next day.

Luckily, this section will teach you some tricks that not only will help with being more cooled down after your workouts, but will also provide some example cool down and how to even avoid the puking feeling as your stretching after a hard workout (though some days it’s unavoidable lol).
